I do think you should find out the meaning of the word fair, before you can come up with a fair comment. Fair enough?
A president negotiating a deal and then cryin on tv for 2 hours telling people not to vote for it. And how much time was given to the yes camp in the mean time.

If the people were brainwashed they are stupid but they still had the chance of a free vote

Free vote yes, but a fair vote, never. Free vote without a fair vote is not worth the paper it is written on. You guys introduced democracy to the world. You should hang you face in shame for such unfair and undemocratic voting practices.
There is more to democracy than beeing allowed to have a freedom in the ballot box, especially when a sizeable portion of the ellectorate are bunch of sheep. After that little eppisode, the county should be renamed sheepro.
