They're nicking most of the aid and selling it to buy weapons and pirate ships.

Most of them were fishermen - we nicked their fish so they have "diversified". Sort of self help Robin Hoods!

True they've really got the laugh on us; we're now paying to arm the warlords and provide them with pirate vessels.

Where's 'Get Real'? I'm dying to see how he blames this on the evil 'West'. :lol:
