In a quiet neighborhood on the eastern side of Limassol, in the Mouttagia community, a tall 35-storey building will begin construction in the second half of 2018. It is the project of Leonetti Co Ltd, Olympic Resort, at a cost of € 80 million and is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.

That place can't function under 'traditional' RoC restrictions.
It's an outlaw and pioneering city.
Limassol goes as big and crazy as it can push it.

Ok, so Nicosia now officially holds the record for the tallest building in Cyprus. A mere 3 meters taller than the Twins and Oval in Limassol.

8 years ago I predicted a new age.
It has arrived.
When you're hitting multiple 150+ meter monsters... at this rate, 150+ meters being a global threshold of proper tall, there's no telling what's to come.
