So much for Alan Hansens 'Average German side'.

Anyway my prediction for tonight's game is Spain 2 Paraguay 1

Although, much as I enjoy watching Spain play I wouldn't mind seeing Paraguay advance to the Semis. Who knows, maybe Paraguay and Uruguay will end up replacing Argentina and Brazil as the new South American Football powers..

Are you a woman?

Yes, why? You don't believe that Uruguay and Paraguay could go on to dominate world football??

Clearly only a football ignorant female could possibly think such a thing...

Paraguay is out. Uruguay will be next. Go back to the kitchen.

But Uruguay has god on side. That’s all I need to know. 8)

Messi and Kaka will soon be replaced by Diego Forlan and the ‘hand of god’ heir himself Luis Suarez as the names on every football commentators/fans lips (hell even Barrios might get a mention every now and then, I’ve heard he’s already hugely popular in Greece). World domination is nigh.

Now, I better go and check my sprouts..

O God, why hast thou forsaken Uruguay?!?

It seems he was blinded by all that Orange..

Oh well, well done to Uruguay for reaching the semi's and being the last South American team! World domination has been put on hold (temporally of course) :)

Told you so!

In four years, S. American teams might get lucky, though. A European team has never won when the WC is hosted by a SA country.

I think Spain has the better chance to win the WC. 7/11 players play for Barcelona, which is a huge advantage.
