Your plan is flawed because the GCs can easily take control of power all over the island thats why i rejected it. You did not mention this until forced to admit it you would sell us out under the camaflouge of "true democracy".

Everything was written down in the first page, so don't lie.! It's the best plan you are going to get, given the EU Principles. AP didn't have to deal with the EU Principles. That's why another AP type of a plan will not be coming your way. As I've asked you before, what will you do if the GCs take back the Rotating Presidency offer.?? I think VP BIGGEST problem is that and i know he realizes it that the t/c to have a homogenous state in the north the would basically need to cede at least 40-50% of what they are illegally holding on to.

The 29% territory was always assumed that the rest of the g/c that would not return to a southern state would return to the northern state.

You seem to have a complex about the "setters" they are part of the TRNC deal with it. Without a solution they are here to stay forever and in time generation after generation you will have no way of asking for them to be removed.
