The SWISS CANTONAL System?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

The SWISS CANTONAL System?

Postby MrH » Wed Oct 27, 2010 11:10 pm

The Swiss CANTONAL System of a Central/Federal Government that only caters for those affairs that all Cantons or States have in COMMMON may be the answer to both Greek and Turkish Cypriot needs - of Autonomy for the Turkish Cypriots and Unification as One Country for the Greek Cypriots. Please read the following link as the EU is seriously assessing the setup, conditions and possible solution scenario found in the Swiss Model for the Island Of Cyprus. What do you all think?

There's a serious flaw in your thesis.

The land ain't yours to negotiate with you sucker.
