I was referring to the KLA scum.

That's fresh coming from people whose national pastime is world wide known for hooliganism and not the turks.

True, Arsenal fans have been known to get rowdy sometimes, but overrall they are one of the most peaceful grounds in the Premiership, also, they haven't been known to kill foreign football fans, or hold up banners saying 'welcome to hell'.

Magority of muslims are hard working and have their own business's and contribute by paying the taxes like everyone else in europe.
Well they will be in for an even nastier surprise when they find that europeans can't even work their own industries because of the falling birth rate and the pensions are not paid, your arguement is weak at best on this one.

It depends, I think most Muslims would like the introduction of an Islamic State, also, In a recent Gallup poll 10% of Muslims said that they didn't see the attacks in London as a bad thing, iff we are to factor in those who maybe lied, maybe 25% think that they were a good thing. Therefore you are right, the majority are alright, but there is a sizeable minority who are bad.

Message from Moderator: This topic is not about Islam. Any further references to Islam outside the boundaries of this topic - i.e. Turkey's bid for membership - will be edited. This forum is not for detailed discussion of the merits of Islam.

Hi brother, Cyprus as part of the Ancient Greek world has been a participant in creating what we now called continental european culture i.e. theater, music, poetry, sciences and DEMOCRACY

Europe as it exists today has its roots in the Greek world and is an embodiment of its culture, so I think yes if one country belongs to Europe is Cyprus.

Why is Turkey not European geographicaly?

To the West: Greece is European.
To the East: Armenia is European.
To the North: Ukraine is European.
To the South: Cyprus is European.

But Turkey right in the middle is not? What kind of twisted and unfair logic is this?

To be honest I don't really care about the Geographical argument, I'll leave that to the Geographers. However, what is unavoidable is Turkey's human rights record. Why is it 'unfair' to demand that Turkey abide by the rule's of entry? Explain to me? What is so 'unfair' about that? We have already given you leeway in many cases (regarding recognition of Cyprus), so what the hell is 'unfair' about demanding, for example, that Erdogan not bring in that law a year ago that made adultery illegal?

If you have a PM that tried to push that through, that's fucking scary man. I'd rather have a General running the country than an Islamist.

Ok, but can you give me a country which has GOOD human rights record??
NO, all countries have to sacrifice something for the integrity of itself. The human rights record of Turkey has been greatly exaggerated by foreign media and has been a hiding spot of all EU members!!
