Over the past two years have increased and the information on the activities of British and Americans who, through the planes of their bases in Cyprus, could alter rainfall patterns of our island.

According to various reports, the British bases in Cyprus are presumably part of the HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research), which aims to control the climate for the benefit of the United States and its allies. The information linking U.S. aircraft of the type KC-10, KC-135 with HAARP and chemical trails dispersion in the atmosphere of compounds containing aluminum and barium.
( I've had also photographed in september one of these strange planes fly at low altitude over Pissouri heading west )
The problem was discussed by the Parliamentary Committee on the Environment in March and October 2010, at the initiative of some environmental movements. After discussion of the topic in the Hall (March 2009), was created a commission to study the phenomenon. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, the Board has suspended the work, after two meetings held in June 2010.

The British High Commission "acknowledges that Cyprus is glossed over by special U.S. aircraft, as also the reply by the Foreign Minister, Markos Kyprianou, questioned by environmentalist deputy, Mr Perdikis has presented a question in Parliament on 21 June 2010, with the greek Cypriots istance addressed to the executive to make ad hoc inquiries.

The Minister of the department of agriculture, natural resources and environmental engineering in a written reply, received on August 27, 2010, explained that chemical analysis of chemtrails on Cyprus require scientific equipment and technical expertise the Weather Service and the Ministry of Environment did not have.

(a) this not new

(b) as was spelt out when this was first discussed a short while back, (possibly on CM ) This is all typical anti - USA anti-Brit conspiracy theory bullshit of the highest odour, with, no reputable scientific evidence to back-up any such theories about either HAARP (which is is by all accounts a very open project) or so-called Chemtrails.

The trails sen are re the normal results of the emissions of those chemicals carbon-dioxide and water, along with a few naturally occurring sulphur and nitrogen compounds, most of which which are also emitted by cars, into a cold atmosphere resulting in mini-cloud formation.

Under some entirely natural circumstances these trails can persist for some time, ,however as genuine scientific research has shown, these normal emissions of normal high-flying planes are now widely thought to have climatic effects, which were partly measured in the aftermath of 9/11.
