Oh - you're a real motivator. :) I'm going with a super-skinny friend and I need to lose a few kilos after enjoying the summer too much. We'll see how long I last - best stay off this thread with the super-scrummy food ideas. :)

Aye, they must be good. I will try to buy some in my next trip to Glasgow. Is there a train stop between Edinburgh and Glasgow? :)
