At the mo... Pork Scratchings from Staffordshire, England helped down with a bottle of Doom Bar from St Austell, Cornwall (which isn't in England).

haha.. :lol: its a theodositan recipe, it will taste even better today.
but got to say some of the recipes on here sound so good. if i ever make it to cyprus i wonder if i would be welcomed for dinner?

About to get of me Sunday afternoon sofa to get a Chicken Casserole together with loadsa onions, mushies, leeks and carrots.

Have also been down to the CY grocers and got what's calling itself Cyprus Yoghurt with a nice soft koulouree to dip in it.

I'm eating everything in sight tonight because I'm going on a diet tomorrow. Must get rid of all temptations. :)

Three weeks to go before I hit the beach ....
