What meat did you use, GR (Chicken) or Bananiot (Pork) ? :twisted:

Diced Pork !!!

It's turned out to be another culinary masterpiece and we're having it with koubebia and maccarounia dou fourno... so it's turning in to a bit of a CY feast.

For afters ... that GB favourite Apple Crumble, again made by yours truly starring apples from the garden... think we'll have it hot and served with Cornish Ice Cream... yummy!
