Well the source of this is given as the "Afrika" paper in the Occupied Areas.

you see you have to let your friend go and let them want to come back that way you have true friendship. if you force them into friendship it never works.

federation confederation yofederation. if two nations do not wish to be togehter no amount od control and law will make it happen. it will fall apart. if they wish to be together then no law willkeep them apart.

now the question is very simple

what did you as a gc nation do for the tc nation that you did not have to do by law via eu. do you deserve their friendship. answer that and it will lead you to the promise land and beyond.

anyone who wishes to return to their land would have been able to even under annan. you are stuck in the past. you think that everybody would want to. But people leave their village for education and never return. that is a fact so certainly there is no way 60,000 would want to return.

well in the annan plan 100,000 would return under the gc administration. 40,000 would be able to return under tc administartion and 20,000 would get only compensation and compulsory purchase of their land. I woul leave that bit open and allow all 60,000 who wish to return to be able to subject to a who ever have their land compulorily purchased for government projects.
