The Turks say we will have in agreement within 3-5 months!!!
No ifs no buts. There are sure about it....

Isn't that very strange VP?

The population in the north is not really taking the talks very seriously because this scenario has been seen many times with no result. Thats why me included everyone is waiting to see if things will develop or will the fall at he first hurdle or as soon as the issue of security and guarantees are raised. People can say allthey want its the results that matter, we hear the smaller partner is about to pull out of the GC government.

vp the americans have given instructions to erdogan. who ever is power in terkey will have to do what the americans say.

when it comes to guarantee terkey never applied it in 74. if she had, she would have taken the whole island, sort out the fascists and return the power to ordinary people and not do what she did by displacing 200,000 gcs and tcs.

when it comes to guarantees, she does that with or without an guarantee agreement.

I bet the ass's of all the scumbag carpet baggers must be twitching by now. They must be rearing of losing their ill gotten properties.
Interesting times indeed, funny how none of you loud mouths have anything to say about it.

Dont you think it wise to wait before commenting, theres a lot of speculating and no real clarity.

Btw VP, are you still against Greek being spoken round your kids? Given you represent the ave TC, or so you keep telling us, what sort of a solution we can have given the above?

Bi-zonal bi-communal solution will solve that issue.

Are you contesting Bi-zonal bi-communal, as it appears to be a primary element.

It has not been covered in the joint declaration but will come to light at some point, it is a very sensitive issue with the voters and could swing the referendum towards a no.

Yeah, its like a separation along ethno-religious lines but with a shared sovereignty and a single international personality that might emanate to the outside world as a skizophrenic.

Its not forcible people can settle where they wish but imo for a good many years the TCs will remain in the north and the GCs in the south.

I think if a settlement comes, it will be close to this one, except for the "Rotating Presidency", don't you think, VP?
