Last week there was some speculation from a dubious "Hellenic" website about 30 IAF aircraft being in Paphos for Joint Exercises. This was of course not true as expected.

This is a follow up to this thread:

We now have some reliable new Jewish and International sources which confirm that a Joint Exercise is in fact under way within the Cyprus EEZ and FIR between the RoC's CNG and Israel's IDF. 36 Aircraft of the IAF are now operating within the Cyprus EEZ and RoC Sovereign Airspace but it is not known whether any aircraft will be landing at Cypriot Airports such as Paphos. For the IDF, it is probably easier to operate from their own bases, as fuel would not be a problem, and even if it was, they could refuel in the air if need be. But you never know, the Israelis might just make a token PR visit to Paphos and Larnaca just to say "G'Day Mate" ( ). They might even overfly Famagusta and Kyrenia just to say G'Day to their old pals the Turks!
