I hope they will always be made in the traditional way. Once they stop making them in that way it will not be the real thing anymore!

Fortunately there is only one way to make them... the traditional way, compared to sausages and other goodies... :)

If you refer to ,,loukanica"-yes they are nice!with vine and coriandru...

Yeap, petrinella as well as Pastourmas, Lountza, Xiromeri, Tsamarella and more...
