So it will not be democratic then. the TCs can do what they want and its none of the GCs business. is this what you think?

So now we have all understood that you do not understand the difference between how a federated state and a unitary state "works" functions, let me enlighten you, a federal system is as follows;

"A federation, also known as a federal state, is a political entity characterized by a union of partially self-governing states or regions under a central (federal) government. In a federation, the self-governing status of the component states, as well as the division of power between them and the central government, are typically constitutionally entrenched and may not be altered by a unilateral decision of either party, the states or the federal political body." add to this a single international personality and a single citizenship and hey presto you have the main core of whats being negotiating by our leaders right now.

Got it, two partially self governing regions and a central government, which will not be democratically elected. and how much territory do you want?

this is starting to sound more like a confederation

No more than whats always been a ball park figure at all the negotiations 27% of course this is again being negotiated as we speak imho, this can be anything between 22-27%, I can presume you are thinking more laong the lines of 0% but again you have accept the reality that the majority of TCs will remain in the north. you will also have the right to roam freely and settle in which ever state you wish no being forced to live under one administration or the other.

I think between 15-20% is your lot but this is starting to sound like a confederation and not a federation.

Thought you would want to reduce us to oblivion but looking bak on the top level meetings 27% has been the figure agreed by your leaders.

I think that this is no more or less than the Tc's fair share. Plus, the vast majority of the property and ownership in the north belongs to GC's. Its only right and fair that this is returned to the GC partially governed region. To the best of my knowledge, the figure of 27% has never been agreed.

but again, what you are talking about sounds more like a confederation and not a federation.

Why do you say that when all the experts call it a federation? gives us examples, you have to admit its something you do not want and are dead against so you will say anything to downgrade it. The reality is that this is what has been agreed by both sides to negotiate on anything else is just outside of the current spectrum of talks.
