He continued, "If this gas has a price that can compete with Russian gas, the Turkish market, which is an industrial giant, will take advantage of a new natural gas source that will be an alternative to Russian natural gas."

Cant get on page GR

I did read that it might go in another direction but only if more gas i8s found. If it is not then only by joining with Cyprus is it economically viable :mrgreen:

Jesus you Turks are funny,they found 3-4 tcf in one well,In one field in one block and you questioning cyprus econmic viability of her reserves.Total/kongas will start drilling in twelve areas of 3 fields this year with results coming out in early 2015,already one well is said to hold more gas then aphodite

I read somewhere the magic number for the viability of vasilikos processing is min 6tcf...the already got 3-4 tcf...six is not far away with the expected drilling...

the turks and like zan changed their tune from attacking to now talking peace... :lol:

as it stands today turkey has no chance in hell in distributing anything...as a direct customer maybe sometime in the future...

the tcs will get their share in a united Cyprus when there is a comprehensive solution and not before like everything else...
