No one's happy about it here....poor show. We're better than a draw with Ajax at home...

Btw, while you guys pull your dicks and have wet dreams, I shall be watching Western Sydney Wanderers (worth 50 million Euros) play in the Asian Champions League Final with a world wide audience of over 1 billion people take out the Championship. 8)

Apoel would be lucky to not concede 4 goals from a team like this. The team has a Dutch International Marquee signing who was a member of the Dutch World Cup Team.

Prior to the 2014–15 season, the club signed Brazilian midfielder Vitor Saba, as well as Seyi Adeleke and Dutch international Romeo Castelen.[46]

Ok so I'm guessing when you said Celeste is the Dutch international you signed you meant castelen. A guy who played a couple of times back in 2004 for Holland. Paphiti go play with something else cause football ain't your thing.

He also played on 2006 and 2007. Represented Holland on 10 occasions and scored 1 goal and was a member of the squad for over 10 years.

he was also a 3 million dollar signing which means some of the bigger European Clubs were competing for him.

Either way, this player alone is worth over half of the entire Apoel Squad!

BTW, yousouf Hersi never played for Alki!

This guy plays for Perth Glory and is a pretty damn good player going by his record:

2000–2001 Ajax 9 (0)
2001–2002 NAC Breda 33 (3)
2002–2004 NEC 61 (19)
2004–2005 Heerenveen 9 (0)
2005–2007 Vitesse 69 (15)
2007–2009 Twente 46 (8)
2009–2010 AEK Athens 21 (1)
2010–2011 De Graafschap 22 (2)
2012–2014 Western Sydney Wanderers 47 (8)
2014– Perth Glory 0 (0)

No mention of Alki anywhere, but he played for some good teams around Europe.

Face it DT, you guys are a backwater and a backwater you will remain!

Unless of course you start looking after your local players.

WSW 2012-2013 attendance 174520
Apoel 2009-2010 attendance 244977

I'll find same year comparisons if you like. We're still a bigger club. Not bad for an island of 750K. Now don't make me go buy your little futsal team and hire them all flipping burgers for BBQ nights at the GSP.

tsk tsk

Can't read now as well?

Dude, Apoel had a total attendance for the year that was higher than your Champions? And you're sitting here trying to beat me with a population of 23m?

If we managed all this with 750,000 people imagine what Cyprus could do with 23m? Fact is, you guys must all be slightly retarded over there with the performances you're bringing up in sport and generally as a country that matters very little to the world.

http://footballdatabase.com/ranking/world/11

Apoel is ranked 59th in the world.

First Australian team is. Brisbane coming in at 539th

Your average is under 8,000 dude.

Meanwhile, some of the home games for WSW, Sydney FC, Brisbane and Victory are not actually in their home grounds but in 50,000 all seater stadiums like Telstra Stadium, Australia Stadium, Suncorp Stadium, Etihad Stadium etc etc because their home grounds don't have the capacity.

Highest attendances:

Melbourne Victory 45,789
Sydney FC 40,388
Brisbane Roar 51,153

The A League has higher attendances than Greece, Turkey, Austria, Switzerland and many more. 8)

Those grounds don't count in their home averages!

Give it up dude! TSK TSK

Here are the totals for 2 years I found Paphiti. That's total for the year.

And once again, I admire your futility in trying to argue that your teams have slightly higher attendances when your country has a population 23 times Cyprus's.

Are things that bad with Australia where you need to go down to a country of Cyorus's size to be able to compare itself somehow.....and yet still to be found wanting!
