Luricijina Celebrates Akinci Win...

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

...no bill, i think he gets it, but he has not yet overcome it; easier said than done.

and if i may add, he is not alone in that, thank goodness for the dialog though, (so i say thank-you to Lordo,) better than nothing, more valuable than that to me; we are Cypriots, after all.

@Lordo, i wish i had posted this before you did, it still makes sense; and you too go easy, bill is not a "Greek", either. He can't help it if he is hated by "Turks" and "Greeks" alike, i say welcome.

where were you in 63 you stupid idiot.

where were you in 64 and 65 and 66 and 67 you stupid stupid stupid idiot. are you saying that time the tcs were not traumatised. and you want me to show you compassion.

you think it is easy to see your 18 year old relative to go to work and never come come back. you think it is easy to see your neighbour with a wife 3 children and one on the way to go to work and not return. i have come to the conclusion that you are beyond redemption. may your god have mercy on your soul if you have one.

Are you trying to rent property and land owned by the GCs again?

...what hatred, if you don't recognise pain?

...is it so hard to imagine anyone who saw the changes Modern History brought to this island, witnessed its pain? is it so hard to recognise that what was wrong in '63, was wrong in '74, for the same reason? why should we naturally assume that "Greekness" is a quality that is somehow better than "Turkishness", or by association Cypriots are "Greeks", Turks are "Turks"?

Lordo is a poet, (i find him bitter with a hint of hope,) don't you know it? maybe the youtube i saw was not the one you saw if you pushed the link that started this conversation, but i found it compelling too, and frankly a pleasure because i was visiting Grokked's channel. Akinci brings hope, especially after a man like Eroglu, i am hopeful that the intention is not the same, although he is willing, in effect, to start where the negotiating ended. aren't you hopeful?

...he (Lordo) is an individual who questions authority/Authority, put in that perspective, what is wrong with that?
(it is up to us, the rest of us, in effect to decide what of it has truth, the rest of us to seek what is in effect the truth, bill mostly is really good at it, when it comes instead to facts.)
just saying, although i get your point Paphitis.
