And it's the best thing that has happened because the World Cup bids of 2010, 2014 and 2018 were corrupted.

One country had spent $54 million on its World Cup Bid for 2018, but it was a foregone conclusion that it was to be awarded to QATAR who paid off FIFA Delegates, some of which have been charged in Switzerland and will be extradited to USA.

Other countries and positioning themselves for multi-million dollar law suits.

The USA does a lot of good in this world. And right now, they were the only country to even attempt to sort out that corrupted trash that is FIFA. A Governing Body tasked with promoting the wonderful game in poverty stricken countries and up and coming soccer Nations, but instead they were lining their own pockets. Disgraceful!

Yes one of their officials is involved, and he was the first to be arrested who in turn turned to informant as part of the investigation.

Now, FIFA is going down, and not just that but the FBI has evidence of large scale corrupt dealings with the awarding of the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. Not to mention the fact that the Stadiums in QATAR are being built by slaves and 4000 have already been killed in work accidents.

FIFA has taken Soccer back 30 years.

The Americans should be applauded for blowing the whistle on FIFA and giving them a Red Card. Hopefully, FIFA manages to overhaul all its operations and become transparent and clean.

There is no question that FIFA has damaged Soccer. The Australian Government bidded for 2022 and it cost them $54 million. They have stated that they will not be bidding for another World Cup until they are certain that the process is transparent. This is a major kick in the guts for FIFA because it is only 1 of 2 countries in the World that has the Stadia ready to go. The other country is the USA. Even all European Countries have to build new Stadiums and infrastructure.

Not only this, but the FFA are preparing Law Suites against FIFA in Switzerland, USA and Australia.
