And once again we have gIg's inability to understand and irrationality held up to the world to see. Erolz you beat me to it, pointing out what press TV is and who their interviewee is, and the risk of them both pursuing their own agenda and presenting opinion as fact.

That said I too however quite accept as there are a number of other sources who report such matters that the Turkish Military are engaged in savage operations against the Kurds in SE Turkey, with possible attrocities againsr civilians. I commented elsewhere about the reports of Turkish military build up on the Syrian Border, and Turkish forces have already invaded Iraq, which I think are a part of a plan to, at the minimum, prevent or delay the development of an autonomous Kurdish area if not a Kurdish state out of parts of Syria and Iraq, and the action in South East Turkey is a associated with that aim of Crushing Kurdish dreams.

Russia too has it own desire to prevent the build up of a Kurdish state. They have enough ethnic minorities of their own, eg the Chechens, who want to carve out their own state and the Kurds msy give them indpiristion . ThatIn my opinion is why Putin is bombing Kurdish tanker trucks, claiming they belong to Daesh/ISIS, and that At the same time Erdo is buying from daesh. The oil btw is still probbably legally contraband since it is orginiating in iraq, and is being sold contrary to Iraqi law. It is however seemingly being encouraged by the USA, as a way of funding the Kurds for the USA's own regional purposes, and thus Erdo's family profiteering from this trade is tollerated.

Looks like Turkey is satisfied it has completed this massacre ( “99.5 percent complete” ), for now.

At the same time, Amnesty International reported that at least 150 civilians, including women in children, were killed in the Turkish operation, and that over 200,000 lives had been put at risk.

As RT is a known Putin mouthpiece with a tarnished reputation for the truth and in particular in the light of the spat between that pair of Egomaniacs, Ergo and Putin, a pox on both them, I would not disbelieve this report, as the Turkish state is very capapable of committing such attrocities. Look at what they did in Istanbul just last year or tge year begore to Peacefull Turkish protestors. V

For me to use a clearly partisan source to support ones opinion or argument or position does not 'rankle' me. It is normal and inevitable behaviour in the course of argument and debate that forums like these are about. However to use such when you have recently also entirely written of so many multiple reports about the same thing from such a wide range of separate independent sources, and not just written them off but claimed that there is no basis at all anywhere for such reports and done purely in order to try and support an argument that something another poster said was 'completely made up lies and they are a liar' - well that is behaviour that does 'rankle' with me. Alot. When it is done systematically over years and years, then it is not something I can or will just let pass without comment.

Finally! :P

I can't believe quite how much of what you've said has proved sheer and utter nonsense over the last few weeks.

So you are quite happy to accept comments from non credible sources? Strange when elsewhere you have been critical of others posting links to media sources which you dismissed because they offended your own twisted world view...

As it is, in this case I am quite content to accept that at oeast in this case RT is probably factually correct.

Confirmed reports of barbaric actions by Erdogan in the massacre of hundreds of innocent people ....

“The objective of the Erdogan government is to completely have a genocidal campaign against the Kurds, because that’s what’s now occurring,” said Gregory Copley, editor of the journal Defense and Foreign Affairs. “This is now genocide, because the Turkish government has denied that there is any major military operation underway there.”

...Injustice, it appears to me.

Tunc’s widow Guler had even harsher words for the judges in France. She told Al-Monitor, “With this judgement, the ECHR did not execute justice, it committed a crime against humanity. Through this verdict it told Turkey ‘We accept this massacre, go ahead and commit even greater ones.’ That is the message that was delivered today.”

...so, it is not the first time where this Court has waved off its responsibilities because of its own overcrowded schedule.

...is the ECHR political? I can hardly guess that it is not.
