I despise CY politicians.
They took the international status quo of lying, self serving, greedy bas**ards to a whole new level. Emulating their Balkan compatriots.

CY politicians are lower than the lowest of scum and should be disrespected, ridiculed and spat at in public at every opportunity. Yes, ALL of them are guilty.

Xristofias was and is an honest peasant, and I respect him, his mistake was standing for President in the belief that he could solve the Cyprus problem, this was arrogance on AKEL's part. AKEL has always been good at working with the Church, what it lacks is a proper reasoning with Islam in the belief that it is irrelevant to the mentality of Turkish Cypriots. Whilst it is true that TCs for the most part reject religious authority over their lives, to deny that they are not a product of Islam is ignorance at its worst. When Xristofias met Sheikh Nazim, he asked "will the Cyprus problem be solved?". Nazim replied "have you seen the cat without whiskers?". He had no idea. Soviet education got in the way as it did in China, wiping the cultural appreciation of the message that was his heritage. Note I am not calling the Soviets "White" but they were certainly influenced by "White" superiority propaganda.

When I said "he had no idea" I was referring to Xristofias not Nazim. So tell me why did "Mawlana" become ill?
