Well those documents do not make it look like TB was collaborating with any groups in Libya.

If anything, it is a clear example that Britain tried to collaborate and cooperate with Qaddafi, but that events quickly got out of control.

he even told Qaddafi to go to a place where he is safe, and warned him about his safety.
