Return of migrants back to Turkey starting Sunday (let's see ....)

And France was made to remove its veto against some chapter on budgets, thus fully respecting Anastasiades' request for Cyprus not to remove its veto to the 5 more important accession chapters.

However, Turkey has gone off with some 6 billion euros. ....... 5.9 billion of which are probably going straight into you-know-whose Swiss bank account!

How long will the EU put up with this repetitive blackmailing?

...correcting myself,
The EU will hold off on payment of an additional €3 billion Turkey wanted on top of an already pledged €3 billion to help refugees, saying the extra money will only be given after the first tranche is spent and if there are positive results, they said.
