Paphitis:
And btw brother, I'm feeling a little guilty right now.

No need to feel guilty ..... I just put it down to that ’50 Lashes’ stuff you drink.
I love you to death man because you fight your corner and you are switched on and I respect you for it. Definitely want to meet you because I think you're an ethical man, a well meaning man. And I don't give a stuff that we appear to be polar opposites. It's certainly ok to have alternate views of society. And I am no supporter of Banks, but just consider to try and have a pragmatic view. Not dismissing your view of the Government having control of the Banks but as long as it would work for all involved, from Businesses and of course the working class. Don't ever like seeing anyone on the streets. Everyone deserves a fair go. It's just that our economy is such a juggling act and probably just a false house of cards that can crash down at any time. Then the 99.9% will suffer but not the 0.1%. Even those in the leafy suburbs will suffer.

Aw shucks ..... your only saying all those nice things now ..... because you know it’s true.  Steady on now old chap or you will have people talking about unnatural relationships! :o

The one thing I know something about is ‘money/currency’! I have never been involved in finance or banking so I have no preconceptions of how they work ..... but I learned all about it from the base up ..... and it took a long time because it seemed too crazy to be true. Only now are institutions coming out with papers which prove every time that I was right! I know I can be a pain in the ass but to me it is just about the most important thing that people DON’T KNOW ABOUT and they should. It is not a conspiracy theory it is a fact and is only considered crap by those that know no differently.

I want to meet you one day. You're a friggin good bloke!

I thought we were going to meet when you were here last year but I didn’t hear from you! I am sure we would get on very well ...... maybe next time you are passing? (Unless you want to pick me up when you pass this way and let me have the RH seat for a few hours? I can manage just about anything from a 152 to 747 but a bit rusty these days!)
And I'm not making fun of anyone like I was accused of. I used to be on a recruitment panel for 12 months at a previous workplace. Yeh, experience and degrees count, being a captain of a Football team counts, serving definitely counts, but what catches my eye is the individual with the required qualifications and who has included in their CC that they were a fruit picker, dish washer, courier or taxi driver at one time. That to me indicates something extra than all the university degrees combined.

With my meagre qualifications I’ll go along with that. (I have been a paper boy, a green grocer’s delivery lad, a clerk with Thomas Cook an RAF Apprentice and a brief association with the Territorial Army ..... that is a whole new story!!!!!) Then I went to night school, worked my way up from the drawing office and eventually became a Lead Engineer on several projects in Europe and the Middle East. I have been retired here in Cyprus since 2001 ..... and am quite content with life. I have never been poor ..... but I have never been rich ..... just comfortable. I have no respect for bankers or irrational left wing 'luvvies' and I am convinced that there is a lot more to 9/11 that we have never been told. :?

So back to the Super Rich and us! ....... maybe tomorrow, I will endeavour to explain why the creation of currency by the State will have nothing but a positive affect for capitalists but can also lead to a fairer society for the 99%. That is if you are interested?

Yeah, all that verbal diarrhea, jumping from one issue to another, from one irrelevant thing to another, all so loose and messy, really makes me wonder

You don't understand because you're just a pretty daft person.

But what I have been saying is all very relevant. People are under pressure in the UK, Australia and USA atm. This is the reason why people are becoming more right wing and are voting for Trump. Because everyone is fed up. Too many hippies trying to tell everyone how to live, and you can't argue with them, so they pick the most Right Wing Politician to vote for because they are the only ones making any sense right now.

The new LEFT these days are extremely bigoted, intolerant, and they resort to name calling. They are vandalising the Political Offices of right wing MPs because they are Catholic, or Anglican, or because they said Muslims should not be allowed to conceal their faces at Airports or Banks.

There is a war going on against religions, and moral conservatives. They are being targeted in a disgusting fashion.

It's the same pot smoking idiots who want to tear down the Banking System.

As for the right wing, they have given up, understanding that there is no use trying to have a sensible debate about things such as Marriage Equality because out come the insults. And yes, they are introducing a "Safe Schools" program into schools teaching children that Gender is fluid.

That is why I refer to the Guardian and why I always read the comment section for light relief. Everyone has gone bonkers, literally.

There are a lot of hidden messages in my posts when I want them to be. And it is all very much on topic and related to this war that is occuring in our societies when all of a sudden, you are the scum of the earth if any of the following is true:
1) you're a white male,
2) you are perceived to have money,
3) you run a business,
4) are against Marriage Equality due to a Moral Conservative stance (religiosity),
5) are against the Social Engineering children to go all weird.

It's total and utter stupidity.

And the same people want to change the Banking System. Sorry, but I vote for the Christian Right Corey Bernardi, and they're not gonna let anything stupid like that happen, so go right ahead and bring out those pitch forks IDIOTS!

Not irrelevant at all, you're just too daft as I explained to you before.

The Communists have never been like that, but things are just changing far too fast and many people are feeling the pinch.

For instance, many parents, pulling their children out of State Schools. Those who can afford private tuition all well and good.

I guess you mean the creation of money by the State, not currency. If yes, what do you really mean? That the State itself should start giving loans to the people???

Yeh well sorry about that, but I just didn't have time last time.

As for the State creating money, they already do, at least in the system I grew up in. In the USA and Australia, the State actually creates money through the Federal Reserve.

But we have our retail Banks, and some of them are huge. There is nothing to change in the USA or Australia, but if you want a basket case in the EU then go right ahead. We will just watch and see how you get along. If it works, then no worries. But we are not prepared to take stupid risks like that when just about the entire population is walking on egg shells.

Now as long as money is only lent to qualified borrowers, we shouldn't have another Sub Prime.

It's not a laughing matter.

If you had anything like what I described to you occur in Cyprus, you wouldn't like it. It's also coming because you're in the EU, so hold on to your horses and children.
