He liberated the Cuban people from American decadence that had proliferated in the 30s, 40s, and 50s turning the country into a massive gambling and prostitution racket. After the liberation the Cubans survived with less but had their dignity restored.
Those he punished and exiled were American collaborators in the trashing of Cuba. Today’s Cuban community of Florida are the children of all the trash he got rid of in the 50s.
