You are just not being honest. Mozilla, Waterfox, Pale Moon, Opera and Vivaldi can block all third party cookies and also block every cookie if the user wants that.

Best of all, its user configurable so the user decides because blocking all cookies is not ideal as it breaks websites and so on.

Don't deny it. You said that these browsers were incapable of blocking cookies, which is completely not true at all.
