Postby Pavlovskiy » Mon Jan 16, 2017 6:14 pm

Hello people, I'm making Metal Roses of stainless steel AISI 316L, they are all HANDMADE, may be perfect gift for any girl of any age or it can be used as home decoration, it looks perfect on any background color.
Little bit about Myself, I'm working as a welder/fabricator doing metal furniture with combo of Steel & Wood, in My free time I am creating different metal things, one of them is this Metal Roses. Thanks for your attention, hope to hear soon from you guys! Andrei P.

Are they polished around the edges so that people won’t cut themselves handling them?

Where are you located?

Hello there! Nope, but I can do it if you like, the leaves are 0.6mm thick, so if I do it it will not prevent it from being sharp. Sorry for my english. I made them for decoration or can be used as a gift for a girl(any age), mother, grandmother etc. They still be having a sharp experience like a real one but without spikes. Don't worry, you will not get hurt just by taking it with slow moves or by keeping in your hands. I'm living in Nicosia, Strovolos.I can send it with ACS Courier or Akis Express to any location.
20 Euros Per Rose
Thank you!

Our friend here is very skillful but he needs to improve the finishing quality.

The product needs to be super-smooth if it is to be handled by women and kids.

Nobody wants a rough prickly finishing so they should be polished, with no burs, no sharp points, etc.

Also he should use some kind of acid to clean the soot around welding joins. All joins should be super-shiny with no soot visible.

Finally, after doing all the above… if he wants to experiment with special paints etc that’s an option. Sand blasting is another way to get interesting effects.

I know it all sounds like a lot of extra hard work for you but I’m afraid if you’re gonna sell they *have* to be A1 quality.

...beautiful patina, (heat signature,) i love good torch and welding work, there is a message in those colours, and in that simplicity; you can admire such craftsmanship.

i don't want "chrome", or "painted", i don't want "interesting effects", don't worry, they are for my mom (her birthday), she knows what is beautiful too, and she won't let the children play with them...
