Had this self proclaimed 'Great Patriot' availed himself the opportunity of serving his time in the military forces of Cyprus ( instead of cowering in England throughout his whole life carefully avoiding the possibility of being called upon to do his duty like every other person of dutiful age) he might have been taught how to handle a weapon of war/defense which would save him from the possibility of 'Shooting himself in the foot' every time he creates a 'Poll'.

However, by making sure that he NEVER (until very recently) spent enough time in his 'Beloved Homeland' (as he calls it) to qualify for such service, I fear it is now too late for him to make amends.

That's OK , it's a bit shitty BUT, surely it's time to dispense with the claims of fraternity so common in his attempts to discredit others, there are those who must feel greatly insulted by his constant barrages of abuse.

Perhaps when the 'Sniffer Dogs' catch scent of him, he might change his tune because, "Oh Yes", as old as he is, the 'Hunt' goes on.

Military service would have done so much good for the Pots and Pans and black kettle salesman but I do believe the British Armed Forces have their standards. It is likely he would never have passed psychometric evaluation on account of him not having any moral values or be of sound mind to be anywhere near a weapon. He would be a major liability and no doubt he would also be a liability to the CNG as well. Only a few days ago he was making some very disparaging remarks about the most honorable CNG concerning their ability, and desire to be an effective force against the Turkish Occupation Forces.

He should stick to his pots and pans who perhaps volunteer himself to the training of the sniffer dogs but I fear that the stench would be of such strength that even the most most best trained MPOL fogs will roll over in a heap.

Those who are evaluated as incapable of holding a weapon are still utilized in the CNG to wash the dishes, cook the food, or do other work.
They are called "voithitikoi" /helpers. You can't imagine how spastic of a job it is to peel 100 Kg of potatoes or load hundreds of Kg of garbage on trucks... yet that's what those sorry guys do.
Some time ago a lot of lazy guys would do anything to qualify in this category. After the CNG obliged them to serve a couple of months more they all changed their minds.

I actually DID suggest such a possibility to my old friend some time ago BUT, it would appear that (at his age) he once again has managed to slip through the net and is therefore now quite safe. No doubt he gave the matter such consideration prior to his return to the country he professes to NOW love so much.

Little chance of the latter I fear, the persistent bombing raids of YOUR 'Heroes' have flattened any suitable buildings, as to your former suggestion, most of the 'Jihadists' have taken precautionary methods and adopted YOUR strategy (run and hide till the smoke settles) hoping they may go unnoticed and emerge later on upholding the views and glorifying the virtues of those that they perceive to be the winning side, the other side of ANY conflict of interests. In the Australian Defence Force, cooks and Chefs are also soldiers and are all expected to be proficient in Drill, and Firearms training. They are soldiers which also cook as their specialty or profession.

My father was a Chef in the ADF, and during the Vietnam War, an officer pulled out a loaded gun and put it to his head and told him he had every right to shoot him for disobeying an order.

If you did that today you would go to Holsworthy Military Prison. The conditions at Holsworthy border on torture along the lines of what you might expect at a Concentration Camp. EG, inmates are not allowed to sit down and must even eat standing. lots of other stuff too which will make you laugh or cry. Like you must only walk on a painted yellow line whilst carrying 35KG all day. If you lose your balance and fall, they come and beat you or give you more punishments.
