Driving?

Pulled away at some lights yesterday in the LH lane of dual carriage way, to find the plonker or plonkerette in the RH lane pulling across to my lane for no known reason. Damn near hit me. Bearing in mind route, time, type of car, suspect is likely Russian!!

Decided to ignore the abnoxious and rather dangetous driving
Also the unsightly graffiti that seems to be every where.

So many other pleasant aspects of living in Cyprus compensate for unsavoury behaviour. Having worked for more than half a century I thought once retired I would feel bored. Not the least, on the contrary , it would take a million euros ....daily to get me to work. Any offers ???

Being a Sunday yesterday , I had the day off,
Courtecy of the children being off school. Daughter took all three to a hotel pool, Im not a pool type of a man and decided to take a walk down the Molos. Such a pleasant surprise , not seen it before, the old port recent developments. I walked on the elevated section and witnessed the many improvents in place, restaurants and cafes galore , so since it was around lunchtime decided to have lunch at a steak house right above the sea, fancied a steak anyway and a good bottle of wine. Well it was one if the best lunches i have ever had. The steak was delicious as well as the accompaniments. Service too, excellent. Spent about two hours watching the fishermen bringing in their catch .
Its definetely a venue I shall visit often, although certainly not cheap at 135 euros for one but well worth every cent.

All that i can say, if i have interpreted correctly, is that this 71 year old still retains a healthy interest in the opposite sex, more so since i have started eating fasolia and raw garlic.....

Well the stats also reveal that those over 70 DON'T do it with women of similar age, otherwise those poor women wouldn't score NIL

Reading the above, I think it is time to bring back that old quote by George Burns to a reporter at age 100 years old.

Are there any stats as to how many elderly men have died on the ....job ?
I know of at least a man in his 50s who collapsed and died the morning after a romp . Cause of death heart failure. Reason , excessive dosage of viagra Went to his funeral in London.
My advice to mature men is to avoid substances and rely exclysively on natural enchancements such as ....garlic,
Celery, asparagus, celery and it goes without saying a bottle of red, some dark chockolate and a pair of good size ...bristowes.
