Maria, if you are going on a holiday, i can join you....let me know, atleast you dont have to be with a total stranger on your holiday :wink:

Personally I do not choose expensive 5 star hotels, since I'always ...outside the hotel, hence I do not care if it has a pianno bar, a spa, a 24 hrs room service etc. What is important to me is the location.

I agree. I an not looking for luxuries either. Just a clean hotel at a good safe location. What makes traveling to these places expensive is the ticket and usually it is very hard to find good deals on those.

I am not going on vacations with either a complete or incomplete stranger! :)
