I recall the days when the nasty old fart would poll me to death!

Since moving to Limassol even the fish have abandoned the Cyprus waters… :?

For instance, nothing unreasonable about my views or anti pootin sentiments in ANY EU country minus perhaps Cyprus (the only one). Why is Cyprus the exception? Desperation is your answer. Cypriots are desperate for Russia to do something. Pleas which Russia will never answer anytime soon but could be the catalyst for war between Greece and Turkey just like in 74.

In Canada, my views are mainstream. In the USA, again, my views are mainstream. Same in Japan, Australia, NZ, Kong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea.

Maybe not so mainstream in Lebanon, or Iran, or North Korea. Maybe not mainstream in Belarus either.

Pootin's name is mud. No one likes him. We do not like him or want anything to do with him. He is a very nasty piece of work. And it isn't our side that is obsessed with him. he has a small man's type of syndrome. It is he trying to exert his power against us. We are just bewildered just thinking that this guy is just a little bit too loose of a cannon. He is trying to make a name for himself and Russia and he is always comparing to us. But the chasm between us is too wide. We just won't see eye to eye. And we are not afraind of his military. If he does something stupid, and causes a war, he will lose.

As for Trump. Yes of course, I believed Hillary was the better option. Like lots of other people thought the same. But I am happy with Trump right now. He deserves his chance. He earned it when he won the election. No matter how popular or unpopular Trump is in the US, we in the West prefer Trump anytime over Pootin. We will pick Trump every time.

I change my mind in politics quite often. I remember voting at some elections for the labor party and in others for Conservatives (Liberals). In Cyprus I have been known to fluctuate between DYSI and DIKO. Again, that is my right. Lots of people change their minds or vote differently because they agree or disagree on certain particular issues. Each election is different. Different set of circumstances and different policies. I usually analyse with great depth of detail in everything I do. I am very thorough.

By being all over the place we mean when someone supports the West and the EU one day, and pootin the following week. You for instance did that. your compass was one day pointing True North, and the following week it was pointing to the South Pole plus or minus the magnetic declination for your area. You did an about face to utter stupidity. You supported Israel against the Hezbollah's and Hamas one day, and then you sided with Hesbollah the following week.

You can't get anymore idiotic than that. It's as if you don't think things through or are intoxicated on too much red wine. Go sober up old man, or slow down. And don't let your Dick rule your head. You are a windsock in a cyclone passing through the eye of the storm. Once through the eye, the wind is blowing in the opposite direction.

But not only are you soft in the head (Malakas in Greek), you actually think Pootin defeated ISIL. He did nothing of the sort. It was the Colaition that went into Iraq and Syria to fight ISIL. That is a FACT! Ask any analyst, or anyone who knows what they are talking about. Russia never faced ISILK down apart from a brief moment when they were liberating Palmyra. Everywhere else, it was the coalition. It was the coalition that defeated ISIL. S you see, the Coalition does deliver. They went into a war that they really didn't want to enter into, to beat ISIL into the ground and that is what they did.

You think you speak for the World and every one agrees with you ..... I've got news for you. THEY DON'T. Your views represent those of an extreme, lunatic fringe, brainwashed minority that believe what they are told without question because they lack a capacity to think for themselves!. Open your eyes look around at what is actually happening in this world instead of what your propaganda sources tell you is happening.

Just your presentation marks you as a nut case who should be locked up for your own and everyone else's protection.

I've got news for you!

I never said the world agrees with my views. I said that my views represent the mainstream and they do. Everywhere you go in The Western World, my views are in the mainstream = UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Holland, Sweden, you name it. Western Europe, Scandinavian countries, even Eastern European Countries like Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria (who know what Pootin is all about), my views are in the mainstream. We have not even touched Asia, Asia Pacific or the Americas where my views are also in the mainstream.

You however are extremely deluded and live in your own little world. Your views are what is on the fringes and are extreme. Pootin is extreme, not the Coalition which includes most from the Free World such as UK, France, Canada, Germany, Australia and NZ. That is not what I would call extreme or on the fringes. Russia, Iran and Hezbollah though is in a league of its own. That is where your views are.

No one is ever going to lock me up for my views. You on the other hand, would have stones thrown at you and you have had stones thrown at you in Cyprus because no one likes you or is happy with your company because of the arrogant views you have. The Brits even kicked you off the their forum because they think you are an idiot! Even though I call hem the white sock brigade, they take it in good humor and welcome me.

I have never supported Hezbollah I have never switched sides, I have critisized the stupidity of the west in getting involved in Syria and in supporting hundreds of different groups fighting Assad including some former Al-Qaida affiliated groups.
I therefore challenge you to find ONE word of mine in support of Hezbollah. Go on stupid, see how ridiculous you really are. ONE WORD.

He must have you confused with me! If you find out what Hezbolla are all about and their origins ..... the picture is vastly different to that the West paints.

And there we have it. And you talk about my views.

Hezbollah are a terrorist organization. They kill and oppress Sunnis, and have a vendetta with Israel.

Hezbollah is the reason WHY ISIL exist and are able to recruit.

And you call my views extreme!

IDIOT!

I 've read your statements about Putin many times.
It's clear to me you formed some personal views because of the place where you live.
In other words i think you did not manage to form your own independent view, but rather yielded to local brainwashing propaganda.

What do you mean by "us" "we" etc marked above? Do you mean the US and it's satellites?
If you feel part of that circle no problem with me. You are part of the majority whose views are very well known.
What is rather unknown though are the views of the minority both in the West as well as in Russia and elsewhere and these are the ones
I 'd be more interested to hear.

OK fine you may have these views, but where's the evidence? You can't pass them on as statements without evidence!
I want to see the evidence! I want to get convinced you are right!
Or at least understand where you are coming from.

I've seen Putin been interviewed (by western media) many times.
I formed a strong opinion this man is by himself the standard of logic. He is also very polite, has the typical sense of humor of a smart person, and many other traits. Nobody can convince me otherwise, unless he provides evidence.

In the place where I live, we do not have propaganda. For starters, the media is privately owned independent businesses which cater to the market. We only have 1 public broadcaster like the BBC and they are independent as well. many times they criticize our Government unlike the Pootin mouthpieces which are propaganda outlets.

Where I live, you can finf Centrists, Right, Left, and even extreme Right and Extreme Left outlets. There are hundreds of them and they are sold to the people, and all differ in their opinion pieces but all report on the news.

However, I usual get my sources from Alternative outlets, most of which are international. Some of them in the Middle East as well.

I use hundreds of sources, some very obscure as well and I even read some of the Pootin mouthpieces and make up my mind. or instance, the article where Pootin stated that he had hyper-sonic Nuclear Missiles which were impossible to be intercepted by Western Air Defence. Hello stupid people. Hypersonic ICBM and the West can't build a Short Range Air Defence System.

The West does not make stupid statements like that. pootin however does because he knows most of his supporters are STUPID! They can't make up their minds or even think. We have the thinking people on our side.

No I didn't Malakas!

I said that the Soviet Union was rubbing its hands at the prospect of Greece and Turkey going to war. I said that the Soviet Union wanted a war between Greece and Cyprus and that furthermore, the situation in Cyprus suited Soviet interests because it drove a wedge between 2 NATO allies which could have fractured the NATO alliance.

But you are a MALAKAS! Always changing and misinterpreting but people know your tactics.

Reh malaka! The Soviet Union was a catalyst. You got to take ALL my posts into context as one leads to the other. I don't need to explain everything in detail to people bereft of common sense.

I have made dozens of posts claiming that the Soviet Union was for years sowing its seed through the Non-alligned movement and with the Cyprus AKEL party just so that one day it can spark a situation which would impact on Turkey, Greece and most of all upon NATO's Southern Flank. This is what the Americans feared and this is one of the reason's why Kissinger did what he could to instigate a Coup against Makarios through The Greek junta and move towards double union even with Greece and Turkey. The Americans did not want Russian bases in Cyprus and when the RoC did not allow them a base, it was all on as far as they were concerned.

I said many times that Cyprus was a pawn in a far greater struggle between the 2 powers and Cyprus fell on the wrong side of the fence thinking nothing bad would happen to them.

America prevented a war between Greece and Turkey and it punished Cyprus. The Russians wanted this war between Greece and Turkey. And in 2018, nothing has changed.

The Americans are not stupid. neither are the Russians. Both were playing in a high stakes Cold War. A war which involved possible Nuclear Annihilation and Mutually Assured Destruction. Both new that Cyprus could be the reason for war between 2 NATO allies.

Both new Cyprus had the affliction of 2 motherlands - Greece and Turkey and both used it to suit their agendas. And they will do it again too. make no mistake about that.

No one knows exactly what America's or Russia's role in the Cyprus EEZ is but when it comes to Resources anything is friggin possible.
