That's quite off, because mine has a tick for every one.

You actually got to configure it and enable HTTP anywhere, do not track and ghostery.

You had to add 3rd party stuff to set up some level of privacy, but "out of the box" Opera provides none.

Opera is fantastic for its simplicity and its agility.

No add ons required. In fact, there isn't an extensive library of add ons but there are 2 add ons which are required:

1) Ghostery
2) HTTPS Anywhere

And there is one that's called "Turn off the lights" which isn't a security based add on. It just gives you a night light for night browsing. It's useful.

Everything else is inbuilt.

It's the only browser that has inbuilt VPN, so you can get Hulu USA which is just fantastic.

And battery saver mode too and they are innovators in Virtual Reality.

This is a great browser Get Real. A joy to use.

Opera got 528 actually...and it has Virtual Reality video covered and supports streaming like Netflix, Hulu and Stan.

Virtual Reality in the browser world is called "WebVR" and is also supported (at least) by mine and Chrome.

Yes but you do not support Netflix, Hulu or Stan.

You have to add widevine.

You should add ghostery, and HTTPS anywhere.

Just like you got to add widevine for Netflix which still doesn't work.

And where you fall down is that you do not provide a VPN. Opera has a VPN, which trumps everything as far as security goes in my opinion.

I believe the VPN is the ultimate in security and you don't have that.

You have to get a third party, and that is dangerous.

I use VPN to get Hulu USA version.

I've never been able to get it working with yours. hence why yours is only a back up.

Plus, it isn't simple.

You need to do something like Operas. keep it simple. People don't want to do a YANDEX search and get all the Russian and Chinese crap.

A VPN simply hides your IP as though you're from another country, but it has nothing to do with security or privacy.

You'll find that FB and Twitter ads (as an example) will still follow you around even while using a VPN.

It depends what you are doing.

As I said, I am getting access to American Content which is only available in America with an American IP Address.

But I do pay my subscriptions with American obtained vouchers which I buy off the net. So I am not stealing etc.
