Well it isn't.

Lakemba is a suburb of Sydney. It is very low socio economic so naturally most new migrants, including Cypriots now end up there. It is an outer Western Suburb. Anything inner, within 50 minutes of the CBD is 2 million plus (1.5 million Euros plus). Sydney is a very rich city, and probably has the wealthiest populace on the planet.

Therefore, there are also Muslims there and there is a mosque of course. There is also a Greek Orthodox Church there called All Saints, and also All Saints Grammar which is a Greek orthodox private School in the suburb next to it and there is a large Greek and Cypriot community, with many Greek restaurants and Tavernas and even Bouzoukia that go all night Athens style.

Lakemba is a very safe suburb. All Sydney Suburbs are pretty cool. It's also quite leafy as are most Sydney suburbs. Sydney is very Green with lots of trees and parks everywhere.

In fact, Sydney is probably the best city in the world and Lakemba is one of the lower socio economic areas in the best city in the world. You can pick the best suburb in Cyprus, and it would not even be close to Lakemba in Sydney in terms of how tidy it is and property prices as well. I use to love going to places like Lakemba and Bankstown because you can go to some Lebanese or Afghan Cafe's and buy the best pastry sweets or Kebabs. And no, they didn't look at me funny at all, and it was completely safe and Aussies would go there too.

The police officer should have thrown the idiot reporter in jail because she was just trying her best to incite some issues with Muslim people. I had driven past that mosque many times, and my children attended All Saints near it.

And when I say low socio economic, the average house rice in Lakemba is $1,100,000 AUD or about 800,000 Euros and that is for a run down weatherboard wood house that needs massive renovating or bulldozing.

Sydney is the most expensive city in the world. It is more expensive that New York and also Manhattan.

Only Hong Kong is dearer than Sydney and that is because there is no space in Hong Kong, but Sydney has the lifestyle and is a desirable city in anyone's language. Anyone who comes to Sydney, does not want to leave. There is no city on the planet that is as nice as Sydney. I'm not being biased about it. I am just stating a pure fact!

Every house owner in Sydney is a millionaire. In other words, Sydney has a population of 5.5 million people and about 5 million of them are millionaires. Now, there are so many people with a house and 5 rental properties. The average Greek family has about 5 properties. You do the sums.

Also, the NSW Police do not consider lakemba as a "no go zone". There is even a police station there and you see the police there all the time.

Anything within a 10 km radius of Sydney is extremely exclusive these days. This is the place to be.

If you own property in that zone, then you are wealthy. Make no mistake about it. Nothing under 2 million Euros, if you are lucky. Anything in the inner city ring is 5 million Euros and up.

There are properties in Sydney worth 30 million Euros. Anything on the Bondi Waterfront, Manly or in the CBD or the Harbour is fetching insane prices.

That is where you will find the Australian establishment, tycoons, and even Hollywood Movie stars have chosen Sydney as their home.

It is obvious then that new arrivals are going to congregate in the outer western Suburbs, and even further afield in places like Liverpool (1.5 hours out of Sydney).

B25, if you came to Sydney, you wouldn't know what hit you. It is the most amazing city. nothing quite like it anywhere. There are other nice cities around the world, but I think Sydney is very unique.

People are the best as well. And the police are pretty cool too.

That's nonsense, there isn't anywhere that is more expensive than Sydney. Prices in Sydney are insane.

Mate, prices in Paris are not more than Sydney. Check it out.

The median house price in Sydney (all suburbs) is 1,150,000 for a basic dwelling

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-10-06/s ... th/9022126

Not just that, but if you draw a circle of 10kms around the harbour, housing prices are more than Manhattan! These are the most expensive properties in the world.

here you are, its not just Sydney either.

Melbourne and Brisbane as well. In fact Australia's top 5 cities are ranked as the most expensive property markets in the world.

And here, Sydney ranked as the second most expensive city outside of Hong Kong

yeh, its true, you see homeless in Sydney every day. it's a very big city.

It is also an expensive city. Rents are high, property prices are high. Therefore, there are homeless.

Not much that can be done about that champ!

It's a ruthless city Sydney.

Imagine if you moved to Sydney. How many houses will you need to sell in Tseri to buy a derelict rundown piece of shit house in Sydney that will cost you $1.15 million in Lakemba?

You see, you would end up homeless too because Sydney isn't the place for you old boy. Stick to tseri!

I've given you the median house price of Sydney.

What is the median price of other places like Paris? Do your research.

The median price in Sydney is 1.15 million. You wouldn't be able to buy in Sydney if your life depended on it. That is why you're in Tseri!
