are you saying meeting never took place or they did not discuss looser federation. and what exactly is looser federation. i was under the impression gcs wanted tight control so tcs could not leave later. i get the feeling anastasiades is about to ask two state solution.

come on peebol surely there is at least one serios person to make a comment.

...i have included my comments with the article, thanks Lordo.

Respect, if as equals Turkey and Cyprus sit together even as allies, it may demonstrate an evolution in Turkey, more than some ''loose'' federation in Cyprus, a State, (which Mr. Akinci may yet provide,) she may emulate, a Federation in Turkey.

RW, with all due respect, you can shove anything 'Federal' up your ass. We would have a better chance of survival if we remained as is. Failing a unitary state the Turks and any Turk cock sucking supporter can go F themselves.

...exactly my point.
What Cypriots will accept is exactly what Turks will accept in Turkey, this is key; beyond the model of ''Turkishness'' they (both) have before them at the moment, something else. To unite Turkey, and in effect create positive conditions for prosperity throughout the whole region is a good thing in my mind; i would like that. If ending the Problem in Cyprus, gives Turkey a solution toward uniting itself, so much the better. If they are allies, after all these decades where they have represented each other to be formidable foes, is it progress that they recognise the benefit of each other as equals, what is wrong with that?

...question is, what is good government for Turkey, that you as a Cypriot, want for yourself.

Anastasiades did not betray Cypriots at Crans-Montana. While he did give Turkey everything it wanted, he did not compromise the Cypriot's sovereignty of Cyprus. Beyond the systems and the Rule of Law, both Leaders, Anastasiades and Erdogan, know this. In that regard there is no "plan b".

Quality and Capacity is the real issue Where "Turkishness" is first along with "Greekness" (read: not "Turkish"), or not. Where a Cypriot is a Cypriot, or not.

...it is as tasty as Akinci's offer, it is also loaded with traps.

why do people care for brutality in terggy when the suadies who are americas best friends are chopping people up in their consulates, while roc implements the most brutal embargoes in cyprus for 55 years. worry about what we can influence not what we have no say in what so ever,

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaany way finally plan b in action.

gueterres says the peace process is alive and well and he is waiting for new ideas so finally plan be wil be discussed. loose federation, cant be bad right.

enjoy.
