My results:
38% Middle East
35% Turkey&Caucasus
25% Italy
2% Subsaharan Africa
Surprisingly I scored 0% Central&Northern Asia unlike mainland Turks. I hear that these are quite normal results for TC's.
If anybody else has tried a DNA test and if you wouldn't mind sharing your results than that would be great.

Hey,

Was it 23andme or another brand?

Contact me if you want to know more on how to analyse your results.

The brand was Ancestry.com. If you know any techniques to analyse my results that would be great.

AncestryDNA is the best in the market as we speak.

See if you can download your raw data from the website.

Then upload them on gedmatch.com

I've done GEDmatch already and it was great for oracle approximations and stuff. I've also uploaded my raw data to many other websites.

Have a look at the ethnographic map. Mine has markers dotted over Cyprus.

Additionally, Turkey/Caucasus pops up in Greek Cypriot results as well.

That doesn't make sense. Where did you get this gross generalization from? Besides, it contradicts your above statement. :P

Anatolia is historically Greek so there is nothing off with scoring what ancestryDNA may categorise as Turkey/Caucasus.

Anatolian Turks typically score up to 10-20 % central Asia and Siberia which is what was left from the original Turkic invaders.

Anatolian Greeks don't score central Asia and Siberia instead they score West Asia or "Turkey/Caucasus"

lonewolfcypriot is pretty much a typical Cypriot according to his results. Child of linobambakoi perhaps.
