Australian Elections

Postby Paphitis » Mon May 20, 2019 1:19 pm

Thank Heavens Scott Morrison won the election thanks to Australia's version of Texas, sunny Fortress Queensland!

All the opinion polls were wrong as the Australian People misled the pollsters and the Trump affect hit Australian Shores.

Australia dodged a bullet this weekend. It's like our independence day.

Varoufakis' Daughter, who is an Australian citizen tweeted:

My daughter's reaction to the news of the Australian election: Goodbye ABC, goodbye Great Barrier Reef, goodbye public services, goodbye renewable energy, goodbye public health, goodbye public education and goodbye stunning river systems.

Well Ms Varoufakis, you are free to go back to Greece where they have a great ABC, a Great Barrier Reef, public services, lots of renewables, great public health, great public education and stunning river systems.

You see, the reason why we have an ABC, probably the best Education and Health system in the world is because we have prudent economic managers in our Government who understand we can't just keep spending more than the Government earns and to tax the worker to oblivion to throw more money to education and health just isn't all that fair on the worker either who is paying up to 50% in tax if you are in the high tax bracket.

We just had our Trump elections and Scott Morrison passed the good old fashion Australian Pub test.

It basically comes down to this:

Who would you rather have a beer with?

Billery Shortfused, or
ScoMentum

Shillery Clinton, or
Donald Trump

It was such a sweet election victory and you couldn't help but notice the sense of relief out in the general public. Overnight, you can just feel people are more confident and happier (unless you are a Labor supporter).

People just identify with Scott Morrison because he appeals to the average Aussie. He has a normal looking wife and 2 beautiful children. The other wannabe first lady on the other hand is a glam princess full of botox.

There has been a huge shift in politics.

The elites and the wive's of doctors have joined the woke revolution towards socialism, whilst the worker and anyone who rolls their sleeves for a living is now voting for the Right. Why?

Because the average bloke doesn't want to be talked down to by self entitled spoilt brats like Varoufakis.

It never use to be like that you know. The Labor Party use to actually represent the mainstream people and the worker. there were such fine leaders like the Great Larrikin Bob Hawke and Paul Keating.

Guys like that would attract my vote and I have voted for them in the past.

The Labor Party is way off the rails just like the Democrats in the USA.

You don't have anyone like this anymore Labor Party!

This is the guy you wanna have a beer with!

How good is Australia? Best country in the world. Where miracles happen! :D

I'm never going to say voters are stupid ever again. Australians are very politically astute buggers even after a beer or 2. In fact, the pub test saved Australia. 8)

Trump is also relieved. He hates Billery Shortfused and even said that should he win, he will never meet him. Got to love Trump for saying it the way it is. I wouldn't want to meet him either. :D

All is good again in the Southern hemisphere. Apart from New Zulunds Adern!

Good news alright Zenon.

This Billery Shortfused was real bad news and we are so lucky. All the polls said he was going to win. I however, did say to a few people that the Liberals were going to win and everyone thought I was crazy. I said ScoMo was going to do a Trump.

And he did a Trump alright and absolutely wrecked them. It was a very sweet win.

ScoMo has a significant mandate now because it wsn't just a win, it was a thrashing in the end. Labor got destroyed, losing a number of seats and consolidating the marginals.

We all feel very excited about ScoMo. You can just feel the excitement and the buz among the people. You can sense people breathing a sigh of relief.
