Either way, the Brits have more control now and can control their country and let in whoever they like.

If they want to let in more Muslims, then that is their business.

They will not be dictated to by anyone from Brussles. Bureaucrats will not be making laws about British fishermen and fisheries or for British Farmers.

Britain is too large of a market to be excluded from the EU block anyway so the EU bluff should be called out and paid to rest.

Th vote has already occurred. BREXIT won that vote on the day and it isn't right to say more people will vote and therefore the last vote is not valid. You can't cherry pick your democracy. You can't have a tantrum and say not everyone voted because not every citizen exercised their right. If that is the case then virtually every single US election is invalid due to participation rates. Obviously those that did not vote did not care and now must live with the consequences.

I for one, welcome Boris to finish and execute the democratic wishes of the people and pull the UK out of the EU.

IF, the UK leaves the EU, it will be the beginning of the end of it, and that's why Brussels are shitting themselves over this.

A good point well made!

It is somewhat of a circle that cannot be squared or some such...

* The UK will never agree to be part of a Federal Europe.

* The EU/€uro cannot survive without becoming a Federal block

* The EU needs the UK's cash

So it is inevitable that the UK will eventually leave and that will indeed hasten the end of the EU itself.

Not strictly true, they can't stop people claiming asylum. Besides, for some reason the UK can't or won't restrict non-EU immigration. The target for net immigration is 100,000 per annum and yet last year net non EU immigration was 261,000; how come?

The British people have been brainwashed into thinking that the other 27 members conspire and gang up on us and tell us what to do. They don't have a clue about how the EU works and say it's undemocratic. European Council = 28 democratically elected leaders of all member states who define overall political direction of EU. 28 European Commissioners = nominated by their own democratically elected government. European Parliament = democratically elected by citizens of EU states.

As for Britain being too large a market for the EU lose, yes it's true they export more to us than we do to the EU in absolute terms but as a percentage of trade EU exports about 12% of its production to UK whereas 44% of UK exports go to the EU.

The Brexit vote won because of the lies told to the electorate. The infamous Farage "Breaking Point" poster, the "bus" lie and the threat of 80 million Turks acquiring the right to live in the UK persuaded many British voters to vote Brexit. Add to this the fact that Vote Leave ran a really professional PR campaign led by Dominic Cummings and they exceeded the funding limit - resulting in a fine fro the Electoral Commission, it's hardly surprising their deceitful message won the day.

If Brexit is truly the will of the British people PROVE IT by ratifying the whatever the government decides; Brexiteers won't though, they won a fraudulent victory and are too scared of losing a legitimate people's vote.

Sadly I suspect we will get a clown in Number 10...not impressed by either Boris or Hunt, and after one them may come Corbyn, who has sat on the fence so long his arse has probably welded to it....at the minimum there should be a second vote on what is on offer v no deal v stop in..I would have voted remain if I could....

are they really. what kind of a brain do you have ffs.

eu forced uk to agree on the divorce bill of 39 billion and added a backstop which will force them to release northern ireland if they want to come out of backstop. in reality backstop is there either way becasue it has nothing to do with the eruopeans. it is a bit like the treaty of guarentee which cannot be removed unless both terggy and tcs agree with removing in the same way unless sinn fein and the irish government agree with the cancelation of the good friday agreement it is there like a rock. and of course we have had may blackmail eu twice so far at removing the backstop and both times they gave the two finger salute. next kant tory leader will get the same salue as may. of course they repeating that eu has 16% of her trade with the uk and ignore that uk has 56% of their trade with the eu. and of course even if wto rules agreed and shich means the border will move between ireland and uk, whilst the uk government will not pay any monies other than the divorce bill, the uk citizens and will get clobbered with tax yhey have to pay the eu for anything they import from the eu and the farmers will all their trade because there is a tax of 45% in to the eu for british lamb.

terggys voting for christmass is more likely.

not that i expect assholes like to understand all this.

The answer is probably yes, and British politics has become a joke.

Whats with all this knife crime and teenagers killing each other.

Its multiple stabbings every week.

I think its a mistake trying to leave the EU, that has been a major distraction for years. And that is all it has been.
