It's not unique to America Maximus.

Europe is infested with exactly the same disease and its worse. Look at Sweden. Look at Germany and France. there are areas where you can't even go to at night if you are white and Christian. And if you are a woman, you literally risk full on assault and rape. As the fairer sex, you need to be very careful.

Heck, not even the police are game enough to go to some areas.

This is why I support BREXIT Max and this is why I want to see Greece and Cyprus get the hell out of this EU. I want Greece and Cyprus to preserve their way of life and that is more valuable to me than any amount of money especially when the country lacks direction, and loses its identity and unique way of life. Note: You can be left wing and be a Conservative now and we welcome them with open arms. Fighting for worker rights IS important, but so are businesses that employ people.

Marxism - well I literally am lost for words to describe how nuts these policies are but suffice to say, they are anti religion, anti family, anti community, want anarchy, no borders, no law enforcement and on it goes.

Legal, controlled migration is one thing.

As far as I know, you apply from your host country and fund it yourself. you are either denied or accepted residence by the host country. You enter, your host country through a legal port with your documents.

Asylum seeking and mass uncontrolled migration is something else. You just turn up with your story. Maybe with no documents. Usually, they require housing and benefits, such as legal support.

Mass uncontrolled migration - so what, they would probably say and expect the tax payer to shoulder the burden.

A genuine asylum seeker, someone who is leterally fleeing their home country in fear of their life and who if they were returned there would be at serious risk of illegal persecution and death, can not first apply to migrate somewhere else and wait on that decision before fleeing. The very idea is nonsense. So when someone turns up in a country, at a legal port of entry or via any other way and claims to be a genuine asylum seeker, those claims have to investigate and a judgement made all whilst that person is in the new country. How could it work otherwise ?

You could turn up in a foreign country enter it legally via say a 90 day tourist visa and then during that time apply for a different status, so legally doing so whilst not first 'waiting in your original country'.

I think someone here is confusing the different classes of migrants here and I do not think it is KISA.

I don't know any details about this specific case, but what I do know is that if this was a Cypriot boy that was being arrested his parents would also "intervene" and they would use all their connections to get the best result for their son no matter what he did. So I don't think this boy having somebody on his side is a bad thing. Polycarpou will probably be able to do less for him than what most Cypriot parents could do for their child, so his involvement will not result in the immigrant teenager getting a lower sentence than what a Cypriot would get.

Who is arguing that the KISA guy should get to decide who gets arrested or not ? No one that I can see ? You want 'speculation' ? I can speculate that the Police were themselves doing something illegal in some way, seeking to illegally infringe this boy's rights, knowing that they could do with impunity because it was a migrant boy, and the KISA sought to stop this and in response a whole 'story' has been spun that is just not true.
