Richard, stop pulling Milti’s “chain”! :D

He doesn't need anyone to pull his chain. he pulls it enough himself anyway, :D

this is ultimate in democracy. they are going to block mps from being able to vote on it.

expect a vote of no confidence in the first week when they return and they will get it too.

Why would they do such a stupid thing when the dam plant not only builds brilliant cars but also builds the greatest jet engines arguably?

You don't fuck with a winning formula.

As for ownership, there is no such thing as a British or german Company.

VW owns a big chunk of Rolls Royce but who owns VW? Basically millions upon millions of investors do and these investors could be in Saudi Arabia, China or Australia.

Plus Rolls Royce is a British Listed company.

And if it’s a problem I imagine he will go to the country on a “People Vs Parliament” ticket. Payback time.

Please, do stop going on indignantly about affronts to “democracy”. Remainers are the antithesis - and will get their just deserts.

Why dont you do some research stupid before posting ?? Rolls Royce is a wholly owned subsidiary of BMW who incidentally supplythe Rolls Royce engines. 2 Germans own 50% of the shares.

It is a British Listed company and pays its taxes in the UK.

The plants are also in the UK.

It definitely is not a subsidiary.

get over yourself! All this voodoo magic occurs in the UK as it is a British Listed manufacturing icon.

The cars and the aero engines are separate businesses...

Interestingly, the aero engine business already operates on WTO terms... Who would have thought such a thing possible eh...?
