So clever!

BoJo sends unsigned letter asking for an extension.

BoJo sends a second letter saying the first unsigned letter was from the UK Parliament.

Then smarty pants BoJo sends a third letter from The UK Government and the Office of the Prtime Minister saying that they DO NOT want an extension and that Britain should leave the EU at the end of this month.

I don’t think technically it matters that Boris did not sign the first letter just to be a cunt, since he has not denied sending it which has the 10 Downing St. letter heading, as I believe it will be legally accepted by the British court and the EU. If the British court does not accept the first letter, then Boris can expect to be charged by the court for not fulfilling his legal obligations and issue a warrant for his arrest. Either way, Boris the cunt is fucked.

Seriously Kikapu.

You don't think it matters whether the letter is signed or not? Have you seen any Government department Bank or Business accept unsigned letters. It could have been sent by anyone.

Not just that but there was a signed letter stating thst the PM does not request or require an extension.

Personally I think BoJo has it licked. He got a deal which Parliament must vote upon and if they don't pass it, then tough luck.

As I have said, Boris does not deny sending the unsigned letter asking for an extension, which the EU has accepted it and then will decide if they would extend or not. If the EU wants a signed letter for the extension, then Boris will need to face the courts, which will not be amused by Boris’s actions.

It does not matter Boris sending a signed letter to the EU not wanting an extension. That was not what the court order was for. As a matter of fact, the court may sanction him for doing opposite what was legally required for him to do. You may think Boris is being cute and defiant and a hero, but actually, it makes him an untrustworthy criminal which would make him lose more votes on Brexit in the parliament.

what is really amazing here is how even decent tory mps as well as some decent pibol in this forum have been duped in to agreeing with this deal. in years to come letwin will have his statue in parliament square for service to his country from saving it from the disastrous no deal crash, despite what he was like during mrs t’s years. i strongly suspect she blinded them with something or other because ken clark was just as bad in those times. it has taken decades to remove the spell the girl had on them.

man-child had no intention and has no intention of implementing this deal, there is no fear of that. everything he does is to win the next election when it comes and crash out.

he prorogued parliament twice for the queen’s speech and it has not had a vote on it and i suspect will not have a vote on it. he used the queens speech for political broadcast to offer sweets for the coming election.

he caved in to the eu regarding the irish border knowing that he would not implement it. but pretended he will so he got all the tory doubters on board to support it, take it through the stages and of course it will not be concluded by the 31st of october by which time we would have crashed out. erg bought it because they thought they would get away with it. dup has not because they know that this thing can backfire on them and parliament in trying to avoid no deal may well force him to implement his deal.

now this is what i call bluff. letwin with the opposition has called his bluff. ask for extension and let’s take your deal to conclusion. what on earth is wrong with that?

apparently there were the two letters and a third one from the ambassedor. now this makes sense.
<<<
Ambassador letter

Dear Secretary-General,

As the United Kingdom Permanent Representative to the European Union, I invite your attention to the following matter.

Attached is a letter sent as required by the terms of the European Union (Withdrawal) (No.2) Act 2019.

In terms of the next steps for parliamentary process, Her Majesty's Government will introduce the necessary legislation next week in order to proceed with ratification of the Withdrawal Agreement.

I would be grateful for your acknowledgement of receipt of this letter.

Sir Tim Barrow >>>

how can the eu say not to the request. it is to implement the withdrawal agreement that they have just agreed with the b'stard.

clearly bastard has no intention of implementing it.

i mean this is the same as what papadopoullos did in 2004.

"An elderly Greek Cypriot man whose quest to return to the village of his birth in the north, which angered locals, has apparently come to a conclusion with him returning to the village of Larnaca tis Lapithou.
The 349 square metre plot was returned to Nikolas Skourides in September 2017 by the Immovable Property Commission (IPC) set up by Turkey in the north. According to a report in Turkish Cypriot daily Yeniduzen, a house has now been completed on the property.
“I’m 79 years old and I don’t know how much I have left. I want to spend time with my children and the rest of my life where I was born and raised,” Skourides was quoted by Yeniduzen as saying.
He said he wanted to spend the last part of his life in the village where he grew up.
“My intention was to make a room for myself, but when my children said they wanted to come and stay at the weekend, I decided to make a house,” Skourides told Yeniduzen. He left the village on August 14, 1974 and spent seven years reclaiming his property through the IPC, a body set up in the north to compensate Greek Cypriot refugees for their lost property.
When the crossings opened, he began going to the occupied areas two to three times per week, where he met almost all the Turkish Cypriots living in Larnaca tis Lapithou, with whom he maintains excellent friendly relations.
At the party pictured in Yeniduzen, Skourides was pictured with his family, Turkish Cypriot friends and people from the village.
He said he has met Turkish Cypriots in the same position as him, who had to leave their homes in the south. “I understand very well the feelings of those who have to leave their homes and have to leave.”
Skourides said he applied to the IPC when he learned that his land had not been put to another use.Speaking about the Cyprus problem, he said: “I want it to be a solution, but I don’t see a solution too close. We’ve all made mistakes in Cyprus, we need to learn from them”.
When he first started work on the house it created tension with those living in the area. Lapithos ‘municipality’ halted the work, saying the construction had no ‘permit’. Residents of the village reportedly started collecting signatures to overturn the decision of the IPC.
Police had to go to the area after that poles marking Skourides’ land had been removed following complaints that they were blocking the entrance to a neighbouring house.
