Cuban drug could save thousands of lives in Coronavirus pandemic. - Steve Sweeney Morning Star - Sunday, March 15, 2020

CUBAN medicine could treat thousands of Coronavirus patients as production of a “flagship” drug known to combat the disease is set to increase significantly, pharmaceutical bosses said at a press conference on Friday.

President of the BioCubaFarma group Eduardo Martinez explained that the socialist island has developed 22 drugs that are set to be used to contain the outbreak.

So far it is known that one of the drugs manufactured by Cuba, Interferon alfa-2b, has managed to effectively cure more than 1,500 patients from the coronavirus and is one of 30 drugs chosen by the Chinese National Health Commission to combat respiratory disease.

..... but unfortunately Cuba cannot send them to the US because of US Sanctions! :D

The US already has its own vaccine that has started trials on humans, so doesn't need anything from Cuba.

Israel also has released a vaccine in the latter stages of testing, as they are about to start human trials.

Australia also has a vaccine which is in testing on animals and require a million dollars from the Government to start human trials within the next few weeks.

The Guardian when reporting on Trump is as reliable as Globalresarch or one of Robin Hood's links on world events.

I have never heard Guardian say 1 positive thing about Trump which makes trump OK in my book and so many of his supporters.

I don't waste my time with misinformation and fake news. And Guardian on TRUMP is as fake as it gets.

A much better resource:

series of clips of Trump's own words over time and you call it fake news. You have no ability to judge or asses anything. Your dogma tells you what to believe, every thing else is irrelevant to you in the face of that.

Trump is the POTUS and can say what he wants and I understand the reasons why he said it.

That reason was to not fuel the fires of panic that the MSM have done. The MSM has a lot to be ashamed of. Ever since they have gone on the 24/7 Coronavirus news cycle, there has been a run on supermarkets around the world, with old pensioners getting assaulted even. It's the most deplorable behavior from people.

And also due to the panic, we will only exacerbate the economic collapse globally, and more people will lose their jobs and homes. It's not a good idea to downplay the virus outbreak, however, it is far more important to have a cool head and that calmness must come from international leaders like Trump.

Our PM has also tried to say things in order to appeal to people's common sense until the authorities can figure out a global response and also alleviate the economic calamity.

That's how the guy earns his living. His job is to make content. That's how he makes a living. he is also an extremely intelligent fella with a PhD.

Here is more great content by the same man applauding Greece and the Greek Government. he has made 4 such videos applauding Greece. :D

You definitely won't get content like this at the Guardian.

What do you do when your dog needs to be refreshed during the lockdown?

Fun twist from Limassol:

You couldn't possibly have a worst time with this virus. The number one world super power led by a buffoon while the UK , a major world power led by a clown !! Is this signalling perhaps the demise of these world powers? Additionally when the ....General supports anything it usually goes overboard
