Oh I see. But my raptor drinks diesel not eat humans.

Driver drinks a nice scotch, beer and sometimes wine in moderation.

Oh gee! I just thought of something else.

If I ever live in Cyprus, will there be footpaths wide enough for me to park?

This is gonna be a deal breaker!

Paphitis’ car license plate would read, CHY-NA19 or KUN-FU19!

What a great idea!

In the late 90s I owned “canary” in WA for a yellow Celica ZR for a couple of years. Cost me around $350 p/a I think… I then matured out of it and let it go! :)

 My driveway can fit 4-5 of those and if you park in DT’s parent’s driveway you’ll need a pair of binoculars to find it.

Yes but what about on the streets? Parking in standard car parks here in Australia is sometimes an issue. Shopping centres, well there isn’t a lot of room left over either side.

We are Ute crazed in Australia but the rd raptor is big. Typical American truck.

How would something like that fate in Cyprus?

My wife refuses to drive it. I managed to get her to drive it once with me as passenger. She didn’t have much choice because we were out with friends and I was on the juice. It drives really well fit what it is and it’s high but my wife doesn’t like driving it and would rather not. But she loves it.

It’s 2.2m wide btw. When you go into car parks you also feel it’s going to kit the hanging bollard. Nerve racking.

Do they sell them in Cyprus. I didn’t see any last time.

As much as I hate them, big RVs (not the camping ones) seem to be popular in Cyprus these days so I guess you’d do whatever they’re doing to park.

I don’t think there is anything as big as the raptor though other than other American Truks like the f450, hummer and ram?

Mate, if you get a raptor you will fall in love with it. Not that I recommend it for you unless you are a 4 by 4 enthusiast. Not really ideal for the city streets. But great car.

No, I only like sports cars… not that I have one these days.

I drool over classics like Maserati, Aston Martin, etc.

I wouldn’t be caught dead in a ute and I don’t care how “done-up” it may be.
