thats about the best outcome the democrats can hope for.

How this is going to help achieve unity is beyond me. Probably the opposite.

But as I said before, you need proof and evidence that he incited violence and the storming of the capitol.

What he said has been recorded so show me where he did it?

if Trump gets "impeached", it would probably come about as a miscarriage of justice.

Well, I am not the one who is trying Trump...lucky for him, so let’s all be patient and let the process carry itself out.

If the impeachment process is carried out and he is found guilty, then justice is served from his peers. End of.

Unity is achieved when the right thing is done, and the right thing to do now is to try Trump on the charges he has been impeached on. We are all about Law & Order, no? Trump said he was the Law & Order President. Well, that what he is going to get, Law & Order!

But an impeachment is not a criminal proceeding

it is a political one, to remove a president from office.

You cant impeach someone that isnt there.

The right thing to do...

How hard was this choice; is this young man a Patriot, an American Hero?

...i think so.

It's the Law Max, political or not, it has to do with motive; Trump is not above the Law, is "winning an overwhelming majority", true?

Evidence, will be discussed; he has his, or does he?

The constitution is not absolute and it is open to interpretation and precedence. It appears that precedence was set in the past in trying a President for impeachment after leaving office in one form or the other. Important fact is, the impeachment charges were brought while the president was in office.

I think Alaska is a good place to name an Airport after Trump. Sarah Palin will appreciate that very much as well as all the Caribou. :D

PALM BEACH COUNTY NEWS
An airport named after Donald Trump? Palm Beach County says ‘no’ to that dream.

By WELLS DUSENBURY
SOUTH FLORIDA SUN SENTINEL |

Former President Donald Trump won’t see his name on the airport in his home turf of Palm Beach County — and it also might be difficult to engrave it anywhere else in South Florida.

A majority of Palm Beach County commissioners told the South Florida Sun Sentinel this week that they won’t support renaming the local airport, Palm Beach International, after him.

The former president reportedly has talked of one day having an airport with his name on it. And having Palm Beach International renamed in Trump’s honor recently was floated by Christian Ziegler, the vice chairman of the Florida GOP, given that Trump has arrived at the airport many times during the visits to Mar-a-Lago, his club in Palm Beach.

County Commissioner Melissa McKinlay said she won’t support the airport renaming. “When people hear [Palm Beach], they envision our beaches, our equestrian sports, and in some cases our agricultural contributions,” she said. “It is a lifestyle.” She’s one of five commissioners who say they don’t intend to rename the airport while the other two commissioners didn’t respond to the Sun Sentinel’s requests for comment.

...the willful wrecklessness now exposed, discovery is inevitable; one question is left, will there be a trial (or will they settle out of court)?

...of course the next question that comes to mind is, how will the result be spun out of control?

Paphitis, listen to me carefully...

1. YOU ARE NOT AN OFFICER.

2. YOU ARE NOT A PILOT.

3. YOU ARE NOT A GENERAL.

It's all in your head.

You are utterly clueless about anything military, so quit being deluded!

At best I'd place you at a post office where the public can swipe their postage stamps on your tongue.

Oh shut up you idiot!

It’s very clear to me what DT said. His words were: he went to a barracks of a militia in Montana that had better equipment than the CNG. Now that’s some serious equipment because the CNG has full blown military equipment in its own right.

This militia are not some losers you spoke to on liveleak dick face.

It’s the National Guard or the Montana Army Guard. Got it?

Private militias of any other kind are illegal in the US. It isn’t Somalis or Syria with war lords on every street corner and pick up trucks with machine guns on the back.

This was private milita barrack and I never said their equipment was better than the cng but that it was the same equipment we’d have in the cng. This was explicitly made clear to me that this was no national guard barracks but private. A group that was perfectly within the laws of the state of Montana
