still no charges against Trump - so when is the penny going to drop and you realise the Democrats stuffed up?

I wouldn’t be worrying too much about a 2024 US election because chances are there won’t be an America by 2024.

I have complete faith in American foreign policy screwing up all the way to kingdom come.

Still very early days Paphitis for any charges to be filed against Trump.

American justice system moves very slowly.

When the government is ready, Trump will be charged if he had committed a crime or that he will be continually investigated.

Give it up Kikapu. There won't be any charges against Trump. Investigate all you like, but he was entitled to have the documents he had, and he certainly had no documents pertaining to Nuclear Launch Codes.

It's pretty much over.

Trump previously claimed that only criminals and guilty people claim the 5th and he has just claimed the 5th for over 400 times.
How anybody has any faith in this idiot is even more idiot.

Trumps legal rights were already violated as Trump had a right to have his legal attorneys present during the raid. In addition, the FBI violated the 4th amendment when they breached the search warrant scope, and even the search warrant breached the 4th in itself.

These rights were violated and now subject to legal chalenge.

Now, the raid and its legal veracity is challengable as being an illegal act, and even if charges could be applied, they will not stand in a court of law as it can't even be proven beyond doubt that Trump put those papers in Maralago as opposed to being planted there by the FBI.

What a stuff up, but then again, Democrats are challenging the Russians for the Guiness Book of STUPID!

Ypu don't seem to have a handle on reality. He was asked to hand over everything and he handed over 13 groups of files and claimed that he had no more. it turns out there was 12 more groups of files which he did not surrender first time.

In the country you love most I am afraid if the police have a search warrant, the presence of a lawyer is not required. None of his rights were violated. What he had was Presidential documents which he had no right to keep in his house even when he was the president.

You really should stick to herding kangaroos. How anybody with a single brain cell does not see what a cunt he is is not easy to understand.

Interestingly he was keeping them to sell them on. He never misses an opportunity to make a quick buck.

...as a matter of fact, at least one Lawyer was present, who signed the receipt.

It’s good to see brain dead Trump supporters cannibalizing one of their own by removing a well known Conservative senators to an unknown one for the midterm elections in November. Trump fucking with Liz Cheney is one thing, but indirectly fucking with her father Dick Cheney is another. I can see Liz running as an independent candidate for senate seat and winning with a little help from the Democrats. :D

Cheney’s loss in Wyoming completes GOP’s near-total capitulation to Trump’s election lie

Jon Ward·Chief National Correspondent
Wed, August 17, 2022, 4:17 AM

In a watershed moment for the GOP, Rep. Liz Cheney, the most fearsome and resolute Republican opponent of former President Trump’s lies about the 2020 election, was rejected by Wyoming voters in her own party Tuesday night.

Cheney, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney and the vice chair of the Jan. 6 committee, lost her primary election to Trump-endorsed attorney Harriet Hageman, who paid fealty to Trump by echoing his false claim that the 2020 election was “rigged.”
