Thanks for your response - again.

It goes without saying ............................. I disagree with much of what you've said. :D Well, more correct perhaps to say the matter of "perspective".

Nevertheless, such arguments tend to go on until the last-man-standing, sort of thing, and obviously this isn't the right thread. Sorry for dragging it down an unrelated alley.

Meanwhile. Our favourite Don's predicting his own arrest next Tuesday:

The "Trump calls for protests" has a familiar ring about it. :?

Please take it to the correct thread and tell me what I had posted to be inaccurate, causing you to disagree!

Thanks, but I don't think so. Whilst I might drop the odd post it seems a bit of a link-swapping, mutual admiration club. A few people with "absolute proof" accompanied by a significant degree of gloating over what amounts to the Russians killing 8-30,000 Ukrainian civilians, depending upon your source. Not forgetting the 8 million forced from their homes and refugeed. Plus of course all the military deaths, on both sides, which looks to be in the realm of six figures.

I'm unapologetic old-school and regard trying to justify - from a comfortable, keyboard, academic position - that level of carnage and killing as being ......................... fill in the blank.

I'm sure Paphitis will be putting in an appearance soon. To provide a break from the navel gazing.
