...it's a good question; (because the copyright does not belong to him) and if Trump made money from that photo, that too he will surely have to pay for.

There is literally a lot of framing going on against Trump, predominately to side-line him and impede his candidacy.

There is corruption in Merika, make no mistake about it. And Trump was a very big thorne in the side of those who hold power here.

Most of it is a bit of a witch hunt. But by the time he clears his name, the next election will be over.

But don't be shocked if he actually even wins. I say that because Merikans are very headstrong people and have a genuine mistrust of authority and Government stemming from the early days of the Merikan Civil War and to the formation of the US Constitution.

There are enough private weapons in Merika, in private households (even automatic military grade weapons) to fight a war. I pity anyone who attempts to invade, because they would find it tough getting past ordinary Merikans, and then its the National Guard before you even get to the US Military.

Merikans are not a people that take kindly to being dictated to.

It's not just guns but its in every facet of Amerikan life. Another example. There is a clear fascination with Merikan Muscle Cars. I myself am very addicted to it as well. I love Merikan Muscle Cars.

I can't drive a normal car like a KIA or Hyundai or something normal like that. I've always been like that. I have very eccentric tastes. And a fascination of power, speed and engineering.

The Merikans have the best cars on the planet - Hemmys Cummins, Coyotes, Velociraptors, RAMS. Silverados, Mustangs, Corvettes - and we are talking big and powerful cars with 700HP at the wheels. Even their cars are weapons and they are the most reliable engines too. It's a rev heads paradise. These engines are engines you can buy and they will outlive you.

I'm about to pull the trigger on something nice this week.

In Merika, anything goes. The citizen is in charge. And the Government isn't brave enough to make laws similar to those you have in the EU. Merikans won't go for it. Any Government that tries will be gone at the next Presidential Election.

Merika is a very interesting country and there are so many good things about it too. Also some bad stuff like gun control. Merika plays by its own rules.

...Biden speaks to the UN General Assembly about the progress made by working together, and the hopes he has for reform.

He offers Financial reform at the World Bank and more money for investment.

...a long list of what is being done, and Climate Crisis; (in the end it is all about money; billions here billions there, needing more).

He speaks of the war in Ukraine and he speaks of the core Principles on which the UN is founded receiving applause.

..."preserve, persevere, and prevail", he asks.

U.S. Copyright Act excludes from protection any works created by the federal government, but not state or local governments, so technically the state of Georgia owns the photo, subject to fair use limitations, what ever they may be.

I would have thought they would not take such a pose and would have forced him to stand like any other criminal.

It just goes to show how weak Democracy is. All it takes is idiots like Trump and BoZo to do what they do and face no consequences.

Those against EV and Renewable Energy are looking after the oil industry interests. When in reality the oil industry can take front seat in developing the technology as they have the finances. They will make far less profits from oil but their profits will increase on the alternatives. In any case oil will be used as a resource for decades to come and beyond. There are cars in Cuba still working from before Castro taking over.

I guess what they are thinking about is first finishing the oil reserves and then transfer and be damned with the environment and health of the people.
