No, I simply can't rule it out like you have so flippantly and because I think that the possibility of cheating is very real, I would like to see a thorough investigation in the interests of democracy and the American people.

IF, there was cheating to favour Biden then the results must be corrected. If there was no cheating and the process was secure, then Biden wins. It's as simple as that.
