Happy New Year

Postby Paphitis » Thu Dec 31, 2020 4:59 pm

As i now sit back on my sofa after a bit of a gathering at my my place wallowing over my last single malt, I just want to wish everyone a happy new year.

I now have to somehow muster the my strength to get from the sofa to my comfy bed. It’s been a big few days. It’s gonna be tough.

Lucky for me, I’m driving to a little quaint shack on the 3rd, but only for 4 days. I need 40!

Wow! What a year it’s been. I actually feel a lot more tired than when I was flying close to a 1000 hours a year. And I think I stirred a hornets nest and it ain’t gonna get easier. :?

Man, we are a year apart. We are still in 2020!

Have a great year Paphitis and save your strengh for 2021, because you are going to need it to bash down Biden.

Well happy new year RW and enjoy the time with the family and loved ones.

When I had 6 and a half to go, I was preparing a huge Souvla and preparing the house for some wonderful guests. Lots of food, wine, scotch and craft beer. It was fun but feel exhausted now.

Remember Kikapu during the 2016 presidential campaign when there was scepticism whether Trump was fit to be in charge of the nuclear codes.

For such a massive responsibility, I would have thought one would need to be at their best as far as cognitive ability is concerned just because of the sheer cost to humanity at large if something stupid were to occur such as a Nuclear war between nuclear powers.

With Biden’s cognitive ability being the way it is, why isn’t there any speculation as to Biden’s fitness for such responsibilities? The last thing we need is a trigger happy POTUS. It’s important to hold your nerve and always always leave the nuclear option as the very very last option and always endeavour to avoid using them at all cost. Let’s say Chy-na invades Taiwan. The last thing we need is for the US to start firing ICBMs just because a few Chy-nese troops have landed on the beeches.
