We spent 400 billion on the pandemic. 300 billion will not buy you jack shit and it will not be legal as it is not decided by the UN. If America does what he spleases and every Tom Dick and Harry will do the same.

The whole point of this Russian account was to pay monthly debts to American companies as required.

By confiscating this money Biden is effectively stealing from the US companies; that had supplied goods and/or services to the Russian government and are owed money, by pocketing it!

The result is that the US companies will NEVER get paid what they’re owed, and the amount owed by Russia to them may be even greater than the current 400 billion balance of this account!

In other words, Russia may well have gotten off scot free with a larger debt while Biden, Paphitis, and Repulse are celebrating and wondering how to spend it!
